1 Day Mindfulness in the Workplace
The course primarily draws upon the learning from Mindfulness-Based Approaches to mindfulness in the workplace and the most up to date research in organisational development as well as Now Unlimited’s direct experience in supporting a range of organisations.
The course will provide an opportunity to explore the following themes:
· What is mindfulness and how does it work?
· How does mindfulness positively impact on the health, wellbeing and performance of workers?
· How can mindfulness be used to improve and maintain positive working relationships?
· Different approaches that can be used to introduce mindfulness in the workplace
· Simple mindfulness practices that can be used to handle pressures and challenges
· Mindfulness-based approaches to problem solving.
